At All-Star Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't help you perform at your peak, we will make it right with a seamless exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
